Honesty, Hard Work, and a Firm Faith in God!

J&M’s founders, Jerome and Maurice Grieshop, were raised in the small farming community of Fort Recovery, Ohio. Growing up in a large family, they were taught the importance of hard work, the value of a dollar, and the necessity to treat others the way they would want to be treated. Being farmers themselves, they understood the hard work that was necessary to produce a quality product and the importance of having equipment designed to make farm work easier and more efficient. In 1960, with a firm faith and trust in Almighty God, they started the J&M Manufacturing Company with these qualities as their guiding principles for how they would design products and conduct business. It has proven to be a very successful recipe that has been passed on and continues to be the key to the ongoing success at J&M today.
